2.3 Sensor and platform data

Sensytec sensors transmit concrete temperature, electrical resistivity, calculated maturity, and timestamped readings to SensyHub. This data is the property of the customer and is processed on the customer's behalf to deliver the service. Sensor data is not personal information unless directly tied to an identifiable user account.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. Trusted third-party vendors that help us operate the Site, host SensyHub, send email, process payments, run analytics, and support customers. These providers are contractually limited to using personal information only as needed to deliver services to us, and are required to maintain commercially reasonable security and confidentiality safeguards.
  • Customers. If you are an end user of a customer's SensyHub account, your account activity may be visible to your organization's administrators and other invited users on the project.
  • Legal compliance. When required by law, subpoena, court order, or regulatory request, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may transfer to the acquiring or successor entity.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile information may be shared only with our SMS service provider (such as Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering the message you have agreed to receive, and with subcontractors of those providers acting under similar restrictions.

Message frequency: varies based on your account activity and preferences. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message, or contact info@sensytec.com. Opt-out requests are processed promptly and apply to the program from which you opted out.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure analytics, and support marketing attribution. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit Site functionality. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because there is no industry consensus on how to interpret them.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our products and services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. SensyHub project and sensor data is retained per your customer agreement and may be deleted on request after the engagement ends.

8. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. SensyHub uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), role-based access control, and standard infrastructure security practices.
